## Overview

Limestone Fields is a private property at 159 LCR 890, Jewett TX 75846, located on Lake Limestone in East Central Texas. Opening April 15, 2026 (soft open) and May 1, 2026 (grand opening). The property is approximately 2 hours from Austin, Dallas, and Houston, and sits within a 2-hour drive of 17.6 million people across the Texas Triangle.

### Standard Cabins (7 units)
- 256 sq ft (16×16), king bed in sleeping alcove
- Max 2 guests
- Private outdoor cedar soaking tub
- Built-in work station, individual HVAC, keyless smart lock
- From $250/night (base) to $450/night (peak)
- 2-night minimum stay

### Premium Cabins (3 units)
- 384 sq ft (16×24), king bed + queen bunk beds
- Max 4–6 guests
- Private outdoor cedar soaking tub, premium bathroom fixtures
- From $325/night (base) to $400/night (peak)
- Best for families, small groups, wedding parties

### All Cabins Include
- Private outdoor cedar soaking tub
- King bed (all units); queen bunk beds in premium cabins
- Built-in desk and work station
- Individual HVAC
- Keyless smart lock entry
- Parachute bedding and robes
- Access to shared Commons building (chef's kitchen, indoor and outdoor)

- Early check-in or late check-out: $50 add-on (subject to availability)

## The Commons Building

A 1,200 sq ft shared building that serves as the social heart of the property. Used by overnight guests and as an event reception space.

- **Indoor features:** Chef's kitchen, communal dining area, bathrooms, event storage
- **Outdoor kitchen:** Covered pergola, Millscale Santa Maria grill, Gozney Dome XL pizza oven
- **Event capacity:** Up to 120 guests (combined indoor + outdoor)

## Events and Weddings

Limestone Fields hosts one event at a time — full property exclusive use. BYOC model (Bring Your Own Caterer/Vendors).

### Ceremony
- Lakefront outdoor ceremony site
- Capacity: 100–150 guests
- Ceremony chairs (up to 150) and sound system included

### Reception
- Commons barn (1,200 sq ft) + outdoor pergola
- Combined capacity: 100–120 guests
- Tables, chairs, basic lighting (string lights, uplighting) included
- Bar area access

### Weekend Structure
- Friday arrival → Friday rehearsal dinner → Saturday ceremony and reception → Sunday departure
- Overnight capacity: 28–30 guests across 10 cabins
- Bridal suite and groom's suite included (premium cabins)
- Parking for 50+ vehicles

### What Couples Provide (BYOC)
Caterer, alcohol and bartending, day-of coordinator, florist, decorations, DJ or band, photography and videography

### Pricing
- Weekday events (Mon–Thu): $4,000 venue fee + accommodations. Total package ~$8,000–$10,000
- Weekend events (Fri–Sun): $6,500 venue fee + accommodations. Total package ~$13,000–$16,000
- Peak season (March–May, September–November): Add 20% to venue fee. Total ~$15,000–$20,000
- Bookings typically 12–18 months in advance

Full property exclusive use for leadership offsites, strategic planning sessions, and team-building events.

- **Group size:** Up to 28–30 overnight guests (10 cabins)
- **Meeting space:** Commons building (1,200 sq ft)
- **2-day retreat (Mon–Wed):** $8,000–$10,000
- **3-day retreat (Sun–Wed):** $12,000–$15,000
- **Add-ons:** Private chef ($1,500–$3,000), team building activities ($500–$1,500), meeting facilitation ($1,000–$2,000), farm workshop ($500)

## The Farm

A working 1-acre permaculture vegetable garden managed by Farm Coordinator Trisha Bates (Urban Farmstead). Open to all guests.

- Seasonal planting beds, drip irrigation, composting system
- Heritage chicken coop (fresh eggs for guests)
- Beehives (honey production)
- Farm School programming launching May 2026
- 9 monthly chef residencies from Austin, Dallas, and Houston (starting May 2026)
