LAKE LIMESTONE, TEXAS
The Property
Sixteen acres · Ten cabins · 1,200 ft of private lakefront
Limestone Fields sits on sixteen acres at the edge of Lake Limestone — a working landscape of open fields, old woods, creek bottomland, and 1,200 feet of private shoreline.
Ten private cabins are set lightly across the property. A converted commons barn, a working permaculture farm, an outdoor kitchen, and a stretch of undeveloped lakefront round it out. There is enough here to fill a week. There is also enough space to do absolutely nothing.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The Cabins
Ten private cabins sit across the property in two layouts — traditional (sleeps 2) and family-sized (sleeps 4). Each has a king bed, private outdoor cedar soaking tub, lake views, and individual HVAC. Natural materials. Quiet interiors. Nothing superfluous.

SHARED SPACES
The Commons Barn
A 1,200 sq ft post-and-beam barn anchors the property as the shared gathering space. Inside: a full chef's kitchen, long communal tables, and a wood-burning fireplace. Open to all guests throughout the day. Available for private buyout for events.

OUTDOOR COOKING
The Outdoor Kitchen
Adjacent to the barn, the outdoor kitchen centers on a Santa Maria-style wood-fired grill. Built for the kind of cooking that takes the better part of an afternoon — whole animals, cast iron, smoke. An outdoor dining area seats a full group.

WATERFRONT
The Lake
Limestone Fields has 1,200 feet of private frontage on Lake Limestone. The shoreline is undeveloped — no docks, no jet skis, no crowds. Kayaks, canoes, and fishing from the bank. Mornings on the water are quiet. Evenings are better.

WORKING LAND
The Farm
A working permaculture farm runs along the southern edge of the property. Seasonal vegetables, herbs, fruit trees, and a small flock of chickens. Guests are welcome to walk the beds, pick what's ripe, and bring it to the kitchen. The farm operates year-round.

SIXTEEN ACRES
The Land
Beyond the structures, the property is mostly undisturbed. Old post oaks and cedar elms. A creek that runs through the lower pasture. Open fields that shift with the seasons. Walking paths connect the cabins to the water's edge. The kind of place that asks you to slow down.
